Pallavi Rane

Pallavi Rane, PhD, is a Staff Research Associate I in the Laboratory of Duygu Tosun-Turgut, PhD, at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Her research focuses on the effects of APOE genotype and sex on the progression of imaging and clinical biomarkers, as well as studying correlations between imaging biomarkers and clinical measures in Alzheimer's disease.

Dr. Rane holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Prior to her role at UCSF, Dr. Rane contributed to research in health economics outcomes, with publications focusing on treatment patterns and patient characteristics among early initiators of PCSK9 inhibitors, as well as real-world treatment patterns in various therapeutic areas.
